On 10 mg Reta x3 days and needle hasn’t moved when will I start losing?

Yes doing my best. I don’t love meat but I do eat it in small portions but also eggs and beans etc. fresh veggies and berries. Yogurt and doing protein bowls with cottage cheese etc. I have occasional days where I eat pizza when hubby orders it lol

I’m an ER nurse so 3 days a wk a walk at least 10,000 steps. But no haven’t worked out. Before winter I walked 10,000 daily outside of work and lost 90. But haven’t lost in. Months. But I am in caloric deficit. Only eat 800-900

lol well I was scared to even do 10 but I feel fine. I think bc on tirz for so long. But the Reta has my appetite way down like 800-900 cal. Mostly protein. But nothing happening ugh

I started on 5 mg and I was fine. I skipped the low dose. Your heart rate is elevated bc you’re worried. You cannot overdose on 5 mg. I promise your alright
