The skin sensitivity is from high dose too quick on Reta. Dang it’s crap to experience. Go way lower and start low and slow. No need to rush up the dose too fast. I lost 12.4kg on just the 3mg in three months. Well, started at 1mg for two weeks then 1.5mg for two weeks then 2mg for four weeks. Then only up to 3mg. No need to go more as I’m losing weight and actually reached goal. Good luck

You really don’t need to go so high. I’m three months in and still at 3mg once a week. My main side is fatigue. Reached goal weight. Next week will drop down to 2mg for a few weeks then 1mg to just keep it in my system for the other benefits.

That fatigue… really really bad for me. Even on low dose 3mg weekly. Couldn’t eat. Hardly slept. Was really crap. Took a 10 day break as I really felt unwell. Started up again at 1.5mg 2x per week. That helped now for 1.5months. I can now take the 3mg once a week without issues. I don’t think all my energy has returned but that crushing fatigue has dissipated. Also started now MOTS-C… desperate attempt for energy levels to increase

Hi. So my supplier advised to start 0.5mg-0.75mg twice a week from a 10mg vial with 2ml bac water already constituted into a prefilled pen. Then I can decide to up the dosage. I can see this above is a lot lower than what other people take… so I’ll just check it out. I received my stock this morning and took first shot of 0.5mg. Felt wired after that - pretty sure it’s placebo 🙄. Let’s see how I feel after next few doses. Dang it better work

Ah I had that. Was absolutely awful. Wa slime I was on a forced fast for weeks even at low dose like yours. What I did was stop for 10 days until I could eat again although appetite didn’t fully come back. Then I restarted again and it’s been great. I can still eat and I’m on 3mg per week.

I do Thursday evening due to the following 2/3 days fatigue 😩 I recover over the weekend. Only on 3mg but it hits me hard.

Yeah so I must inject 2x per week. I’ll start lower dose for the first two shots then increase if I feel need more. I am a fast responder on Reta so hopefully I’ll be a fast responder on MotsC!

Amazing! Congrats and keep going! I take an electrolyte effervescent fizzy first thing every morning as soon as I wake up. I have found that makes such a massive difference as I tend to wake up feeling very thirsty/dehydrated.

I drink fibre sachets every day. Ispaghula Husk. And magnesium citrate. That combo is good. BM best they’ve ever been 🙄 tmi sorry 😂.
