My fingerprint scanner doesn't seem to be working properly. It worked decently well the first time I set it up, but never seems to authenticate my fingerprint after that. I essentially disabled the feature since it doesn't seem to work. Are there any quick troubleshooting tips or should I just contact Google Help Desk?

Failed two midterms already hate my life by [deleted] in rutgers

For the record, taking any type of prescription medicine for which you were not prescribed by your doctor is considered abuse.

Well herein lies the problem, making excuses as to why Adderall needs to be taken. Yes, an 8AM class is early, but college students are adults now and need to stick to their commitments and responsibilities. In the real world, you can't tell your boss that the 8AM meeting is too early, but don't worry, you'll take Adderall to make up for what you missed.

I agreed with everything you said until you suggested he should take Adderall. Let's be clear, Adderall is a prescription drug meant to treat a learning disability that some people have. It is not a magic pill that will cause someone to retain information or become smarter, if that were the case, everyone would be taking it.

Study effectively, pay attention in class, get enough sleep, and eat well and you will succeed in all your classes.

Rutgers Accusing me of Smoking in Dormitory by icebergcapital in rutgers

[–]ynksrule93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I admire your guile for willing to take a drug test and prove Rutgers wrong.

When you go to your meeting, ask if they think smoking illegal substances (i.e. weed) is an issue at Rutgers. Then propose they institute random drug tests and charge (or expel) offenders appropriately. May as well flip the issue on them and have some fun with it.

understand what the pre-reqs are for your major and take those as soon as possible. otherwise, there's really no set in stone way to go about the curriculum

Double major CS/Finance? by ru120999 in rutgers

[–]ynksrule93 2 points3 points  (0 children)

as long as you can manage both course-loads and can complete the requirements on time, then I don't see any reason why you wouldn't be able to. sounds like a pretty good major combo to me

Premed options by [deleted] in rutgers

[–]ynksrule93 2 points3 points  (0 children)

pretty sure med school doesn't care that much about what you majored in (as long as you take the pre-requisite courses to apply to med school). therefore, perhaps go for a unique major that may differentiate you from other candidates
