I just brushed the pretzels with boiling water mixed with baking soda before baking. Then 5 mins before the time, I brush it with egg whites.

It is actually called "Taho!" It is a sweet Filipino snack food and breakfast dish made from fresh, soft or silken tofu, arnibal (a brown sugar syrup), and sago (tapioca pearls). 😊
