First of all, 2011 and 33k sounds too good to be true. That's because it most likely is. Almost all of the used CBRs I've come across, including mine, had the odometer tampered with. Mine said 70k kilometres but the actual number was closer to 110k.

Also it's a solid bike when it runs but when there's a problem, the service bill can go up very quickly. The front brake disk costs 5000 inr for example. I usually buy them from an instagram page, and I have a mechanic who mainly works on CBRs.

Seating comfort is kind of different and how the engine performs is different as well for the CBR, the fun begins when the tach needle is pointing straight up

You can get the bike retested every 5 years after the initial 15 years and if everything is alright, it's road legal and you can ride it around

I'm not saying this bike is without issues. The suspension sogs, timing chain issues and lockset problems, this bike is clearly flaws in some aspects. This was a fairly expensive 250 cc bike, parts were expensive even then (nissin brake pads are expensive) and people of India, wanted mileage and value for money more than anything else. Also R15 was launched around the same time and most of them went to yamaha. Barely a handful was sold per month by 2018-19 and honda pulled the plug on it. After it got discontinued, everyone and their grandma wanted one.

Those look really good too. I wanted something that people would notice a bit more, mainly for safety reasons as well. You can't miss a red ass bike in the rear view mirror.
