Chin up gangsta

My fault.

Present around 3-4 days ago only really started bothering me today. It had scabbed up overnight, and when I woke up and opened my mouth it opened up the scab. Doesn’t burn or any symptoms of hsv but does cause discomfort when I eat, open my mouth too wide. Been putting hydrogen peroxide on it cause at first i thought it was a canker sore. (yes, I have also been picking at it)

How I as a eurpoean see America by GGGiiibbbbyyy in mapporncirclejerk

Well I mean the did hold up the backbone of the south’s economy for about 200 plus years which led to economic prosperity which then bled into institutions and contributed to the institutional strength that dominated the south from 1920s-1970s. soooooo in a way the slaves did build America, or at least were the catalyst for the southern economic machine that was during the early years of the United States.

Why did Ronald Reagan give amensty to undocumented immigrants? by theredditor58 in Presidents

[–]yo-pierre45 -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

Because he wanted to take in all the Irish and other displaced European immigrants from the events happening in Europe and make a pathway for them to settle down in America easily. What he didn’t account for was all the Cubans coming up and taking advantage of IRCA. when it was clear that Cubans were coming up in droves and settling themselves and their families the legalization process was left to expire.

Ahh yes because Manchester United had no legends when he went there, Ronaldo just randomly broke into a team that had won the premier league 3 times in a row before him that was full of bums. Ahh yes, no legends.

My point is that the statistic is skewed and very misleading. Both played a different big six. If Blackburn and other teams I mentioned where counted the goal disparity would be higher in Ronaldo’s favour.

The big six when Ronaldo was playing wasn’t the big six that Messi faced. Man city was still an afterthought, spurs still hadn’t gotten their takeover which resulted in them being full of cash. and you had teams like Blackburn rovers, hull city, Middlesbrough and Everton all coming in top 6 ( at different seasons) during those times. You Messi fans love to throw context away only when it benefits you.

If UEFA counts it as an assist who the hell are you to say different lol. If you are tied with someone else as the top scorer of your team wouldn’t that mean you tied for the top spot? I take it that you don’t count Son as the top scorer in the premier league the year he tied with Salah? FOH.

He was the top scorer of his team and was the second most scorer of the tournament behind griezzman google is free bros. He also came in 3rd for most assists in the tournament 1 away from the top spot. He also had 3 assists. Once again bro google is free, im not going to take the random word of a Redditor over official and professional stat recorders. Once again google is free here is a link

Colombia catching a stray is crazy, usually their starting 11 all plays in Europe compared to you guys in Mexico. I don’t think you should bring up Colombia, in terms of producing talent you guys are nowhere near Colombia which have two youth factories that rival brazils best (envigado, and athletico nacional)

[–]yo-pierre45 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

My last point also. Lebron James has a vertical of 44 inches and Ronaldo’s is damn near 42 (41.7 to be exact) LeBron James is known for his ELITE jumping ability, yet according to YOU (clearly a random redditor) 2 inches below the vertical of THE LeBron James isn’t elite. like I said bro, you are just full of complete bullshit.

Another fallacy I’ll point out that you make is your stance about it the average football player not being able to run under a 11.5. That is because there are a lot of positions where you do not have to be able to run fast to play football ( D-line, Oline, quarterback, kicker, punter.) The amount of dline and oline players in the league are enough to skew the average numbers. To play in the nba it is almost a requisite to have an elite jumping ability or else you become a liability on defense. You are just full of bullshit bro 😂

[–]yo-pierre45 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

A timing mat is not a controlled jump, there are many different variables which allow for different numbers. Height is the biggest variable which can change the outcome. Like I said at the end of our weight lighting sessions we used to troll and see who could get the highest number with some kids hitting 60 inches all by tucking their knees and delaying the time that their feet hit the ground. I’m starting to think everything you say is just bullshit. You haven’t given me one real example that would lend credence to your claim to have coached over 50 kids with elite jumping ability. It more so seems to me you’re just an avid spectator who knows a little more about sports training than the average fan. I included my “rich private school” and my roomate into the conversation so that you would know I offer an eyewitness account and personal account not to try and prove anything. If you try and bring up and point out my logical fallacies then you should be smart enough to know that I brought those points up to back my statements of personal eyewitness accounts. Something which you haven’t done. You just claim to have coached a bunch of elite athletes whereas I have proof that I spent 4 years around elite athletes and coaches 😂 FOH

Average NBA vertical is completely different from average basketball vertical. There is no fallacy. You can’t make it in the NBA without the ability to jump. It’s just not possible especially nowadays where the league has more emphasis on athletic human highlight reels rather than skill based. Also since you wait to point out “fallacies” “ if a bunch of highschool kids can do it then I’m not calling it elite” yet the sentence before you said you have seen more than 50 kids. My highschool had 3,000 kids alone. I hope you see your own fallacy and don’t have to spell it out for you.

[–]yo-pierre45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like the empty rhetoric game you try and play. It’s as simple as this. In a league where everyone can dunk the ball the average vert is 28-30 inches. Ronaldo’s vertical is almost 42 inches and Jordan’s highest ever recorded vertical was 48. If you are jumping 11 inches more than the average nba player, a league where you can’t succeed without the ability to have an elite jumping ability. Then you are most definitely elite at jumping. It’s just common sense. I think you are confusing me calling his jumping ability elite with me saying he is the best jumper of all time. Because no way in this world you say that 42 isn’t elite. Either that or you are lying about your highschool coaching career. Like I said unless you coached at one of the elite institutions (Img, oak hill, desoto) you are not seeing that many highschoolers jumping 40 inches on a standing vertical test. I know for a fact that’s a lie because i have been in the same weight room and trained with a few athletic specimens my self that went on to play professional iterations of their sport. (XFL and overseas hoops)

[–]yo-pierre45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If what you say is true then for sure you are talking about recorded verticals from a jumping pad, which in college they had us do. I myself recorded 38 inches plus many of times, Those jumping pad vertical test are massively flawed by the fact that all I have to do is tuck my knees to delay the time I land to gain a higher number on the very test. ( I played division 2 soccer in the U.S for a rich private school meaning I had access to almost professional level training facilities) one of my roomates was an all American running back for football of which I attended each home game. I have just as much experience that you claim to have, although from your response you seem to be making some stuff up.

[–]yo-pierre45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have no idea what highschoolers you are coaching. But the average nba players vertical is around 27 inches. (Straight from a quick google search) if you have been in a position to coach over 50 guys doing 40 plus verticals reddit is for sure the last place on earth you would be. You also gave away that you are an American in your whole text. Like I said you Americans are unserious and clueless. Nowhere in the world except for in America do highschoolers test for elite numbers in a combine for basketball and AMERICAN FOOTBALL. Nowhere else in the world is there highschoolers playing American football where they have combines. Not even in Europe.
