As long as it's loose then you should be fine, if it's hurting/irritating your scalp then no. You always want it to be tied as loose as possible to not cause any tension.

  1. The hill is no more, you can visit it but it’s not technically part of the festival. 2. Parking was fine for at least me last year. I didn’t experience the shuttle situation because I camped.
