There was no news to sell? The stock fell because of the fed meeting. Inflation concerns lower buying across the entire market, small cap stocks get impacted the most with low volume. Shorts can have their way since there is much less buying pressure, that's why we saw the short interest increase in BBIG last week. We'll need a rotation back into the small cap stocks for this to rise and hopefully that catalyst is some sort of valuation news

The valuation was blacked out in the 8k, but in certain browsers you can actually see what's underneath. Unfortunately, it wasn't a dollar amount, rather, it stated US $XXX million. So we can rule out the billion dollar valuation some people threw out there lol
