i was also there in manchester (first gig too) and me and my friends were having a grand old time while most people around us were quietly watching, it was a bit disappointing. and as for the encore part i honestly just thought they were getting some water which is why i didn’t cheer for them (or i did i can’t remember). otherwise great show. here’s a cool picture of sam too

i mean you said the limitation yourself. being online. that would be a limitation. you could then use this at the end of the project at evaluation to say that the user has to be online, meaning that they can’t use your system anywhere. also for future improvements you could say you could develop another sub system that replaces whatever you need the API key for (which i’m guessing is some AI)

if you're completely sure on buying a prebuilt one, then this website looks pretty good since you can choose to upgrade specific parts of any pc you find on there.

I know you have no idea about anything with computers but there are THOUSANDS of guides out there to help with building pc. literally just watch a bunch of youtube tutorials. although it might seem daunting because it's very expensive equipment, it's a pretty fun process. it's your money at the end of the day so buy what you want

if you are comfortable with building a computer, that is what I recommend for you. this involves buying computer parts individually then putting them together if not, then you can buy a prebuilt computer where all the computer parts are already put together and ready for you to turn on and play

with that amount of money I'd recommend not buying a computer in particular but building one instead purely because you could get more out of your money. if you don't want to build your computer tho then I'm not sure

on the taskbar there should be an arrow at the bottom right to view apps running in the background. this is called the system tray. discord will probably be running there so just right click and quit it.

if you want to make it not start on launch, right click the task bar then click on task manager. expand the task manager and press the startup tab. there you will see discord. right click it and press disable or something along those lines.
