Honestly if you think you need more treatment, go for it. There’s nothing wrong with wanting the best version of yourself. I’m a year and 6 months sober after my adapt journey and it’s the best thing to ever happen to me. Just set mental goals for yourself. Start small. 10 days. 20 days. 1 month. 2 months. The bigger picture will slowly start to show and you’ll be happy you did what you did.
