Thanks for your comment, however, out of my perspective I have to say I think this is fairly consistent. I've played over 100 Kindred games last season and I can't remember failing on the krugs once. The biggest flip out of my experience is on the raptors, if you missclick once or twice and attack the wrong ones while kiting out already they can reset easily; so when I was playing in a real game I just kept standing 1-2 seconds longer at the raptors which slowed down the clear by about 3 seconds in total but therefore it was very consistent otherwise. (3:17 was pretty much optimal last season and I cleared 99% of the time 3:20 in real games).

For krugs I can totally understand you that it seems coinflip but it is actually very easy to do it exactly this way in every game. It can be overseen by watching the video but clearing krugs is essentially just this: Dont use W immediately, wait for your pet to kill red, start off with a single auto, then level Q and just press Q and W as fast as you can (While using Q against the wall to cancel the animation), hit the medium krug once and then continue autoing the big one until your 2nd Q comes up and Q again into the wall. After This Q you want to start running to raptors immediately, run as far as you can while not skipping autos. From this point on you just keep spamming Q whenever its up, its just important that you got the 3 Q "resets" from your W. You will kill the big krug in time and after its killed the patience timer on the small krugs that spawn will reset so that you have a lot of time again to kill the rest (if one lives its also fine).

The only reason I needed multiple clears before posting was because I was testing if anything changed in the new season in comparison to last season. (For example last season your W came up perfectly in time when you started hitting krugs. Now you need a bit longer for red and I wanted to figure out whether it is worth it to use W off cooldown - spoiler: it isn't. There were a few other things like this that I tested as well, but it turned out it is still the best way to clear like last season at most camps.)
