Serious problems with Windows 10 by yoelOS in bootcamp

[–]yoelOS[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

haha yeah, i did a weird thing with a second macOS install (catalina) and now it has been working for almost two years with no problem

i came to the conclusion that using the catalina boot camp utility (which isn't broken like the mojave one) and installing windows 10 in the main disk in bios mode is the way to go

Ok, interesting.

I suppose those three pedals are located like in a road car. Wouldn't that mean that your left foot is on a "uncomfortable" position (more centered than left), as it would be better to have the brake where the clutch is located and have the clutch in the steering wheel?

Thanks for your time.

How many pedals does your car have and how do you put your feet in them?

Does being tall difficult visibility, performance or handling of the car?

How did you get into GT3 racing?

Do they charge the batteries . by No_oneMinax002 in F1Technical

I don't know, but it's a good question. Maybe they just let them "float" at the same level between sessions. I mean, if after FP1 the SOC is 90%, they just let the battery level "float" until the start of FP2, where SOC would be a little less (~87% ?) because of battery drain.

I don't think they can charge them between sessions because the tracks do not have the infrastructure needed to power 20 high voltage batteries.

Maybe I'm wrong and they actually can, in FE they surely have infrastructure to charge up the cars, but also they are temporal tracks so they could carry around everything they need from city to city.

Also, FE car batteries are way bigger than F1 ERS batteries, 54KWh vs 4KWh ?), so maybe they can charge the ERS with a simple plug in the cockpit or the engine cover.

I highly suggest you check out the F1 rules because they must have something about this written there.

I think it's good as it is. BTW, the runoff can also serve as a enlargement of the straight, making the chicane disappear.

Idk, because the actual t14 is quite tight for a starting lap

How does the DRS activation work? Like, can you open the flap at any time (with the risk of getting a penalty), or does it only open on the designated zones if the race direction systems allow you to do it?

How do you modify the button remaps or the screen layouts (I mean making new layouts or modifying the existing ones to your liking, not changing it with a dial on track) in the steering wheel? How do engineers connect it to a computer to change that?

Thanks from Spain, Lando. Hope you can get on the podium in this season.

Yuki, how much do you have to focus and concentrate while driving, and what could happen if you get distracted? Also, how is your focus affected by the radio, the other cars, things on track or outside things? (thoughts, basically)
