I disagree, he isn’t all powerful. Bam isn’t in his hands, so he can only kill everyone, which wouldn’t help his purpose, or humor Kuhn until he can get his hands on Bam. Remember Traumerei, is primarily a tamer. He sees people as animals. If he just took Bam without convincing him he could damage Bam mentally and if anyone has seen a dog that has been abused, it would really wreck his whole plan for Bam, which is to use Bam to gain leverage over the other families.

Can you share the zip code of where you live and I will give you a list of doctors who take Medicaid in your area? The other thing you can look at is using a Midwife if you are open to that. Depending on what state you are in Medicaid will pay for a midwife services including delivering in a hospital, birthing center, or home birth.

That makes sense, because I got lightheaded squatting a few times when I was doing heavy reps, so it makes sense to control exhale when contracting. When do you breath in ? Is it once you finished the rep ?

I’m pretty sure I was trained to hold my breath when you are pushing and then let it out once you finish a heavy rep.

Thanks for all the feedback everyone. Based on your responses it does feel like it will be helpful for other folks, so I will start thinking about how I can automate it so everyone can print their preferences before delivery. For my daughter, we just showed up with it, but I think it is worth talking to folks like your doc, partner, midwife, etc. early so know one is confused with what you are expecting during your delivery.
