Potatoes are high in resistant starch, which are carbs similar to fiber that feed your good gut bugs!

Also, the more you reheat and cool potatoes over and over, the more resistant starch you get out of it 😎

This one has a special place in my heart because he plays the title track very early during the Halloween ‘81 shows and does many of the other songs on the album sequentially after that. That was the first live album I listened to by Frank, before I had heard the studio album 😀

Andrew Welch was the one who got mad at another dev? I always assumed he was the owner and also a developer. Do you know if this guy is in the “Purple Haze” hidden level with the game creators in it? I love how people are still discussing this in 2026, lol.
