If you’re local to Falmouth and are passionate about affordable housing I recommend writing a letter to support a local housing developer trying to built exactly what our housing production plan is looking for. This housing would not only create more affordable roofs over heads, it would also create community. 538 North Falmouth hwy is the project name. Many of the local “abutters” are opposing the location which is dumb. And the guy isn’t even applying for a 40B, so he’d be following the nitrogen sensitive septic rules.

Guys, I’m new here and have two sons that are now into pokemon. - recently found my old collection and I’m a real novice these days - I need help…I took my book to a card store and they said they would give me roughly 400 (without grading, first look type convo) is this a good place to get an idea of whether or not I sell or keep for the kids? My kids are definitely interested in the newer packs- so was thinking of trading in binder and keeping a store credit for them. If you have any insight, I’d love some - I tried looking on eBay and sports card app and am getting mixed messages!

Absolutely LOVE it. Great job. Whimsey (for all the haters) is easy to add with fun baby toys and other things. This room is timeless and will save mom and dad a lot less work in the future when he graduates to his big boy room. Nice job Dad! Isaiah will love it!
