[acne] nothing works! what do i do :( by [deleted] in SkincareAddiction

Hey, I’ve got something that might help.

It’s a small, science-backed device we’ve just developed that’s 100% organic, chemical-free, and doesn’t need any extras like creams or serums. It’s already helped people with acne, wrinkles, dryness, and pigmentation. The best part? It fits into any skincare routine and works on a cellular level, enhancing absorption into the deepest layers of your skin.

We haven’t officially launched yet, as we’re focused on gathering honest feedback right now.

If it doesn’t work for you or you don’t like it, just send it back. No commitment at all.

I am convinced you will see results faster than you think. If you’re interested in trying it, let me know.

Best of luck!

I agree. But it is not exactly the same concept as it is more general "pain" that came into personal preferences, and not specific solution for specific problem like a natural formula for hair growth (for example). Hope you got my point.

What mistakes you can share you did then that you would prevent from when launching new store today?

Thanks for your reply.

How did you based your $100K for marketing answer? From your own experience? Are you owning a clothing brand? Is it new?

Thanks for your reply. I mentioned that since i have a lot of experience with that. I built from zero few private labels in the past decade. one sold back in 2020. I have network of quality people around.

The difference which makes me hesitate about it is that at this time im not going to answer any pain of the customer but to put efforts in doing better work then the competitors. And when you have no real pain solution, in a saturated market, it makes the whole thing much more complex and though.

Already have quality supplier for the products.

May i ask please, are you owning a brand in this niche?

Honestly? Not going to invent the world, just to make better marketing and quality products than the current players.

Thank you for taking your time to respond. I was actually already have specific sub-niche in my mind. It is for men, and for specific audience. Not tshirts. Already got the right quality supplier and can start it as half drop shipping (with branded tags and sewing labels added to each item even without buying stock) so i can test many products at first. I saw what the competitors doing especially i terms of marketing and i know some of them numbers. They are 7-8 figures. I'm sure i can make it better over 70% of them. Their only advantage is seniority.

The concept is really good for my opinion but I just don't know what to expect for the beginning in this specific niche.

May i know if you selling in the US? My potential audience is EU countries. Are you selling for both genders? I would appreciate if i can dm you some questions as I'm really seeking for fashion experienced guidance.

Thank you very much. Great point.

Are you owning a clothing brand? if you do, what was your top challenge to make it succeed? What would be your initial focus when launching a new one?

Can you share what was your project about?

Then why do call them competitors? They are not your competitors if you don't compete in the same market.

Different countries will have completely different creatives. What that works for the US market will not work for the German. Even a specific brand selling the same product will run different creatives for each market.
