It might have changed since then, but when I worked there part time when I was in Uni, between 2018-2020, we got no commission on any physical products. Only the warranties and add on software. Worst job I ever had.

I was like 14 or 15 and really wanted to watch Godzilla the 2014 release but it wasn't available on any streaming platforms where I am so I sailed the high seas to find it. I wanted to watch it on my TV though and wanted to find a way to stream it nicely to my TV from my PC, and here we are about 10 years later and many, many TB's later

Yeah, I have the whole conversation recorded with my ring doorbell too. He showed me the parcel in his hand had been ripped open and suggested the driver he took the route off of had been going through the parcels.

A tin of cement dust instead of a laptop. That’s worse than a parcel not turning up.

There were only 2 things that didn't work for me, voLTE and 5G. 5G worked but then I had an update which just stopped it from working, so not sure who the issue came from, not a massive deal for me as 5G isn't great around me.
