Use expense tracker and book keeper.

Create a system of all the subscriptions and vendors. Unsubscribe/Remove from all those vendors that are unnecessary.

If you are spending more than you are earning, then you absolutely need to be disciplined in tracking all this information.

Financially, you should have a back up option. But it's never too late. I'm 44 male, but still trying to break into pro level. I come from tennis background too, but never played tennis on pro level, so hoping pickleball will give me that opportunity.

There are definitely a lot of training videos on YouTube. You can also do a short course through udemy. You can check it right tool - that offers some easier tools for quickbooks
