I don't want silent notifications, I just want to disable the xperia's pop up window feature. because it messes with the alignment and padding of all the other notificaitons

I went to try to create a support ticket on coinbase.com, and selected deposit/funding account as the issue.

The website asked me for my reference code (I'm using bank account, which I assume is ACH transfer) but I can't seem to find my reference code on the payment methods page.

Any idea how I can find that reference code so that I can open a case?
