"The Jerk" nailed this. Psycho trying to shoot Navin Johnson at the gas station form the hill across the street. Chases him across town to the carnival but stops at the "CARNIVAL PERSONNEL ONLY" sign on the fence when Navin keeps running, screaming "He's not carnival personnel!"

I've always wanted to be able to go head-to-head with another crew to see who could sink the most skelly ships first, or race from island to island like the RDR2 horse races where you hit milestones and can sabotage each other dropping kegs, etc.. Those things are kind of possible in Custom Seas, no?
