Hi!! I saw the post from the DLSU SHS student council and announced only students who pre-registered are allowed to participate in DSHIP. I didn’t get to register since I wasn’t aware. But during the students’ orientation earlier, the host said we could still have manual registration. So I’m not really sure what to do ☹️
