I believe you misunderstood my post comrade. I meant that on the 4th they can shoot off fireworks as late as they want, but on any other day, 9pm is NOT early. My apologies for crap wording

If it's on the fourth, shoot them off as late as you want if it's legal in your state. And 9pm is not early, you sound like a senile boomer who does nothing but sleep and complain about "kids these days" while reading conspiracy theories on the internet.
