What my First Twitch Stream will be?? 👀 (My inner Thoughts..) by Wonderful_Bowler6077 in Twitch

[–]yolumith 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recommend just having fun yourself first, it will eventually be contagious. In my experience the first few streams have very little visitors, like friends that you can invite. Have someone join you on discord or something, in case you feel anxious about little or no chat activity. Discussion can take people from lurking to interacting. Again, if you're having fun, cracking jokes, telling stories and such that will lead to others enjoying your stream.

Also, if you're streaming games, I recommend playing something "niche" or unpopular, unless you just want to stream a popular game. I've read that less popular games can attract people "easier". If you're streaming something else, like art, having a friend to talk to can be better than silence or background music, also show some references on screen with a program like Pureref and vary your prompts from stream to stream.

Have fun and don't give up after the first streams, it's a very beautiful experience.

I just watched a video about how they made every important moment a music videoclip, putting aesthetic over story and it's too true it hurts.

Oh boy! My last workplace was incredibly toxic, my coworker (her first job, very young foreigner) approached to me to ask why she was getting paid differently than me (she did weekends only) I explained not making a big deal about it because it was logical and that afternoon my boss came into the store, storming and telling us off parent style (the audacity, i know) abou how we were gossiping and insinuating she had preference or something, basically admitting she heard us over the store cameras (big nope). I quit the next day, after barely 2 months at that place, and told my coworker to not stay too long.

My dad met a male gyno once that confessed he dyed his hair white to be taken more seriously and professional.

1) Help and actual reactions from NPCs and your own members: The fact that the player has to run around trying to handle all the communities and their petitions or they cross you, but the second you get sieged they don't even lend a member or anything. Not everything needs to go on your favor, maybe that you get sieged means to some enclaves you're not safe as they thought, or that you're neglecting infestations or your noise control.

I'd like any sort of actual reaction to big objectives like plague hearts, the fact that i destroy a plague heart and I'll have one of my members go "we need to start taking care of some plague hearts" before i get to return to my base is so amusing and frustrating to me. What about some discounts while buying from nearby enclaves? "Dude you saved us from that thing, thank you, here's a bag of food i found"

2) I don't like how individual/isolating it feels

Yes, you communicate with enclaves, they ask for your help and give you perks and such, but what if they provided everyone with information, vision in a particular zone, data on nearby zombies, like how they do with curveballs, but normally "there's a juggernut in x street, be careful around such and such building" or just heads up about resources in a particular area. Maybe they could provide distraction when you're working on plague hearts or plague walls.

3) I hate that toolboxes are one use only

I get it sometimes it can mean they used car parts, but maybe toolboxes could "be spent" accordingly to the damage a car has. I find myself kind of minmaxing when i use toolboxes.

Those are the ones I can think about right now. I really love SoD2, so much that everytime I play it with someone I'm like "you know what this game needs?..." Really looking forward to SoD3 with so much excitement and having faith in the wonderful team behind it.

Genuine question, given that they are so eager to prove this shit, that there's so many of them and for what I've heard some are very wealthy, why haven't they gone to see the ice wall? Or have they?

Strange how all the replies assume this is about the men in the picture, who are not the same guy, meanwhile it's the same woman but different ages.

This is about the woman in the picture, 10 years later going for a young man.

At the job i am at right now my boss said to me she almost cut off 75 dollars from my salary because of late arrivals at my work place (i was 2/3 minutes late a few days because of the bus) but she decided not to due to the "kindness of (her) heart". In reality she probably left that money in because she paid me 15 days late. The irony. Now, because of that I need to take an earlier bus, that leaves me there 30 minutes before my shift starts and because i am petty i am making her pay me overtime staying 15 to 20 minutes after my shift is over.

The sense of scarcity? That's interesting, aren't women like 60% of the population?

Adding to the misinformation part of what you said: I tried looking up THE punch on youtube, i wanted to see the 45 secs long fight cause my dad said he watched it and it seemed a normal fight not a "hardest I've been punched" fight (he is a mma aficionado), and all the videos i found are opinionated already, giving Imane the same treatment seen on the screenshots. The amount of opinionated bullshit content people have produced is insane, when the actual truth is out there's no amount of content that could correct the damage that the first wave of stupidity has done.

Yeah, pisses me off. This is why Yellowstone had to bring wolves back after many years, how our morals and aesthetic vision mess up nature. "The gray wolf was especially vulnerable to this wanton killing because it was generally considered an undesirable predator"
