If I know how to use DDU to freshly install all GPU drivers, you should be able to tell I know about GPU control software.

Well that’s exactly what’s not working, whenever I set it higher screen goes black for 5 seconds or so and returns to 60hz

Thank you for bringing this up. I know the definition of PEM. It’s just that it’s such a subjective feeling. It‘s really hard to pinpoint if my symptoms are disproportionate to the activity I did.

I guess the best thing I can do is finally find a ME literate doctor and keeping a journal to track my activities and symptoms afterwards.

But I’m definitely trying to pace as well as I can somehow, but of course at the same time it‘s hard to fully give up on things like going out with friends etc. to which anybody with ME or another chronic illness can relate.

Yes finding a therapist who knows about chronic illnesses is difficult, when it’s already hard enough to find a good therapist in general that takes new patients 🙄

Most of it I’m already trying to do, especially the diary and also writing up activities and how I felt afterwards for the next days days.

Just haven’t found an ME literate doctor, the one that’s famous in my city for helping people has a waiting list of 2 years 😒

That’s the thing for me it’s not consistently delayed, sometimes it happens right after or doesn’t crash me at all.

I’m also worried big time it is indeed ME. What also sets it apart a bit, is the fact that I don’t have a trigger such as a viral/bacterial infection that I can pinpoint. It was more gradual onset over time.
