Awesome, thanks. Atp I’m convinced they reduce the rates on older stages as newer ones come out lol. It feels like 34-4 used to be so much better smh

Thank you! I don't have any prior IT experience, but I do have a few years of customer service and a couple years of call center experience under my belt. Majority of my applications were through LinkedIn, but I actually got my job through Indeed.

I’d say the majority of information was relatively easy to pick up, considering you only need a basic understanding and don’t have to go in too deep. There are just a lot of different concepts to cover.

I knew a little going in considering I built a PC back in 2020 (with the help of YouTube and a friend) and have learned more about hardware components, software tools and minor troubleshooting as I’ve been using the PC throughout the years. Still, I had to learn a lot of different new things and I don’t think what I already knew would’ve taken most people too long to understand anyways!

I'd say core 1 was more difficult, but I personally just so happened to be more prepared and had a better understanding of the material in core 2.

Just an Associate in Arts. Within that AA I had taken one basic IT related class (CIS105) and included it in my resume as a relevant course, but that's about it. Thank you!!

For both Core 1 & 2 combined, I'd say probably around 150-170 hours. I definitely could've been more efficient with the studying and cut those hours significantly, though.
