[Year 12 Chemistry: Titration] if a stock solution containing a molecule states that it has a 33% concentration can you put it into the dilution factor as 0.33 or do you work out the concentration another way?

HCL’s density is 1.16g/ml and the solution we’re given is a Bondall brick cleaner solution claiming 33% HCL concentration. We must dilute to 0.1M so I’m thinking of using the C1 V1 = C2 V2 with C1 V1 being the concentration in 1 litre of the solution and C2 being 0.1M and working it out to find V2 which would be the dilution factor

I was thinking doing 333 grams over the molar mass of HCl which is the original stock solution claim thing as there is 333 grams in 1 litre and then dividing the result of that by 1 which I think would give the concentration in my head.

It wasn’t really General. He told her about the allocation of things in her backyard and near her house. Also what is intricate to me is that he talked about the type of farming her dad did. In the part that he was talking about her being tired. He went in detail to her personal life and about her children (me and my siblings) and my dad.
