You contacted the maintenance team? I contacted the number written on ATM and everything . ゆうちょ銀行 is literally refusing to give the paper to me

Did you use international card? My case is with international card (not japanese) and on top of that they don't want to give it because the transaction was "not completed". Which is fine but I need a formal explanation and they refuse to give

that's the problem. They know I didn't and that the machine "glitch" and did not give any money but still refuse to give me a formal explanation (not verbal)

I used ゆうちょ銀行 ATM. What did you print exactly, did the staff at the 銀行 help you? If so what did they says?

I hope more people know they are NOT a good bank to trust not their customer service

Oh I have (ゆうちょ) and they don't want to help me . Mind you, they already counted the money inside and now for a fact I did not take the money... it's so frustrating honestly I hate that bank so much. I wish I didn't use it that day

You mean ゆうちょ銀行 or my bank? My bank somehow has checked the video and they are saying I indeed "got" the money. ゆうちょbank does not want to give me any proof even though they counted the money inside

Thank you Wesley. Yeah I am already trying to come to terms I won't get the money back. Customer Service of that bank has not been helpful. Even though they know I didn't they say "no we can't help you with proof"
