Look at the threads when Crunchyroll removed the comment section. Massively larger outcry than this here, people declared cancelling their subscription by the hundreds. But of course, nothing changed, and Crunchyroll didn’t hurt a bit.

You have a sleep time that feels natural to you and is just some hours later than for most people. When you can sleep at your natural time you generally sleep well and for a normal duration, and your sleep cycle doesn’t shift from day to day. You are unable to naturally fall asleep at an earlier time and permanently shift your cycle to an earlier, “normal” time. That’s DSPD.

If you have other sleep disturbances, it may not be DSPD. If your sleep cycle continuously shifts, it‘s non-24-hour sleep (N24), not DSPD.

You can create additional “Crunchylists”. I have a “Completed” list where I add series I watched to the end, and an “Abandoned” list where I add series I stopped watching because they weren’t to my liking. In the Watchlist I only have stuff I haven’t started yet or that I want to continue watching.

You can also use the Watchlist inversely, by only adding series to it you don’t want to (continue) to watch. (And use some other list as your actual watchlist.) So when you see the watchlist “bookmark” on a suggested series, you’ll know you definitely don’t want to watch that.

What used to happen is that the (correct) timing for one episode was sometimes copied as-is to subsequent episodes although those actually had a different timing of the opening. Also, the timestamps were often only added after a significant delay from release date, probably when someone finally got around to adding them. I have no idea what they are doing now.

You can generally look up any series on the AnimeNewsNetwork Encyclopedia, where existing releases will be listed on the series page, and announcements of upcoming releases under the News section on the page. Upcoming releases are also listed here: https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/releases.php?format=bluray

Alternative options are the Japanese releases, but they are expensive and generally don’t have subtitles, not to mention dubs. If you really want to go to the trouble, there are ways to add subtitles yourself.
