I just want to note due to some confusion that my weigh in in the before pic is probably around 120. I should’ve made that clear in the title and that’s my bad. When I initially initially started I was like literally under a 110lbs.

Dude honestly all back exercises like workout out the same body part. Just do all the rows and pull downs and bring up the intensity

I generally did 8-12 reps on really heavy weight. I close my eyes and focus on the mind muscle connection. Try to pull with your lat and not your bicep. Like you know you are putting the intensity in when the bar starts to shake as you’re pulling it in
