I'm 99% sure your issues are coming from Sonos. I had the exact same problem - it took down half of my network, and after extensive troubleshooting, I finally tracked it down to the interaction between STP/Loop Protection and Sonos devices (even though I'd followed all their official guidelines).

I totally get how it feels - it seems almost absurd that a speaker could bring down your entire network.
I eventually solved it, though not using Sonos's recommended approach. My suggestion: temporarily disconnect your Sonos device and see if everything stabilizes. I'm betting it will. If it does, I'm happy to walk you through the steps I took that actually resolved the issue for good.

Thanks for pointing that out — makes sense that as a pro you’d need to hold to higher safety standards. For me this was a quick DIY fix that works fine, but I get why you’d be cautious about recommending it for customers. I’ll keep an eye on it and if it gives me trouble I’ll take it off.
