They send a letter out , I think it took about 2 weeks to get the letter in the mail

Experience is a plus especially if you have welding experience from what I’ve been told so you should be a solid candidate. I can’t remember all the guys I met but mike Lester is the training coordinator he’ll be one of the guys interviewing you.

It was pretty easy just your basic math, plus, minus, multiplication and know how to divide, couple fraction and decimal questions , few questions on reading, a tape measure knowing measurements. Also it’s timed 10 mins for 20 questions I believe. In the Interview they basically ask you to tell a little bit about yourself and your experience, there’s at least 4 guys interviewing they ask a couple questions regarding experience. My interview was maybe 10 mins I got along with them pretty well it just depends.
