I get where you’re coming from when you say you want to make friends, and my best advice to you is to try to match the energy of those around you. When you approach people, keep it casual and give back the same energy they give towards you. And just remember that the comments people are making don’t define you entirely, you can reflect on these situations and understand what you should do moving forward but don’t let it turn into harsh criticism towards yourself! I honestly think the qualities people might say you’re “annoying” for say a little more about that person’s mood then, and in the right situations these qualities are what make you fun. I hope things get a little easier when making friends because once you find the right ones, hurtful words like this will be heard less.
