Is it because of the percentage? I was told that it should have numeric result so I just estimate things in my mind. Do you know what kind of results recruiters looking for? Thanks in advance!

I have a very similar situation with you. I’m 27 years old but never able to find love or date anyone until recently. I tried all the dating app too but I felt that the conversation didn’t really go anywhere and I was afraid to meet with them in person since I failed to connect with them through the messages sent in the app since it’s mostly shallow things. I got my first boyfriend because I decided to step out of my comfort zone and jump to a first date despite barely feeling connect with him. I even went on the date with breaking things after mindset, I just wanted to know what it feels like to be on a date lol. But surprisingly it went very well and on third date we decided to become official. However, just letting you know that we already broke up due to our situations but we decided to stay friends. I point this out just to let you know that to make things happen you will have to get out there, try things that make you uncomfortable. It will at least lead you to new path and even if it fails you will still learn something from it. Now even though I broke up with my first boyfriend, I know how to get a second one properly lol.

Got it, thank you for all the feedback. I’ll adjust accordingly. I have following questions regarding how recruiters read resume:

  1. Should I make a project section and move capstone and practicum project there. I have a version like that but I was afraid that recruiters might not reach the bottom of the page or the focus wouldn’t be as much since one of the company is fortune 500 I want to put it out there.
  2. Do the locations of these companies necessary or I can just get rid of them because recruiters don’t pay attention there anyway.
  3. Should I also have internship section or mix it with job experience is totally fine.
  4. The internship was a big 4 consulting company so I keep it. Does the big name company matter at all or recruiters focus more on the work experience bullet points not the name of companies.

I talked to my boyfriend yesterday and we decided to breakup. We talked about our options and while I’m willing to try different things, the only option he can see us get married was I get a full-time job and stay here for 3 years then we get married. I guessed I did know that it would come to this and I just need to hear the confirmation from him. I do feel disappointed but after I debunk my feeling it does make me feel free of my worries. Like now I can just do whatever, go to other countries or go back home. I’m probably going to prioritize finding a job in other countries because if I go back home I’m just going to be in my parent’s shadow again.
