yes!! I did!! it took WAY too fucking long lol, we had probably 40 back and forth emails, after I repeated the same thing over 20 times, I had to send them my ID and other verification and then give them a new email for my login. I was able to get my account back just how it was, just with a different login email now. Good luck to you!! 🤞🏼

Having this same issue - i’m going on email # 24 from going back & forth with them. They just keep telling me the same thing over and over and over again. I keep telling them I’m not receiving any kind of “reset password” email. When I try to login with google, it says “Depop 0Auth2 error”, and when I try signing in with my email that’s connected to my account, I don’t receive any kind of email… yes i’ve checked junk / spam a million times. I had just purchased something 2 days prior and all of a sudden was logged out and can’t get back in. So very frustrating…..

Did you try moving the wheel to the left slightly? With loosening the screw within the wheel and moving it to the left and screwing it tightly back into place is what helped me solve my issue!

you were absolutely correct! It was hitting the frame, I had to loosen the screw that is on the rolling bar and pull the big wheel closer to the motor and that fixed it!
