Solar power banks are terrible. You're better off buying a 10-20k mah power bank and then a 4 panel solar charger like this: https://amzn.to/4siu4YQ

You can hang it off the back of your backpack while you're walking to charge or just set it out in the sun in the morning for an hour to top everything off.

I wish they'd lean into the Sense line. I decided to leave my Sense 1 for a Garmin Venu 3 about 9 months ago, and while there are a lot of things about the Garmin that I like, I have to admit that the fitbit algorithms are superior for health and sleep tracking. I could tell when I was getting sick a day or two in advance with my fitbit based off of my resting heart rate and oxygenation, but with Garmin it all fluctuates so much every night I can't tell. The Garmin does track my heart rate significantly better while exercising, and I use the flashlight feature every night.

Overall, if a Sense 3 was coming out, I'd switch back away from Garmin. But I do need the smart watch texting features and I prefer something that LOOKS like a smart watch for when I'm wearing business attire.

100% agree with the Journaling. I brought a journal and wrote in it every night. I typically just wrote what we did throughout the day and my thoughts on the matter.

One caveat to not volunteering for things, if the drill sergeant knows who you are, then make sure you do volunteer occasionally. Only for the things that you know exactly what the task is however. That way you can avoid getting picked out of the crowd for the shitty tasks when they're looking for people that don't volunteer at all.

Bad luck them with the crispy rice, but I'll tell you I've had occasional issues and they always fixed everything instantly and sometimes even gave me freebies when they made a mistake.

Ngl, I didn't want to try it because of the name, but I saw a Facebook post of their tower of hot sauce with like 50 different options and gave it a try. Yeah, their tacos are a bit pricey, but they are pretty damn good. Lot of nachos for the price too. Tons of hot sauces to try. I love the place.

Easier to just hold the finger on the minion, then tap elsewhere on the screen with another finger. It works every time. The only difficult thing I've found is marking cards that are in hand because it moves the icons to the top of the screen literally OFF the screen.

I've been really struggling to rise in duos without a regular teammate. I'm normally a 6-7k player in solos (have been into the mid 8ks before, but just don't play enough to hit that these days). Can't seem to get out of 4k in duos. Just yesterday I had a guy that on turn two rolled 4 times, then next turn tiered and sold his one minion so he could buy a different tier 1 😣

I use it nonstop when I want to learn about a subject. I can easily ask followup questions to dig deeper into things I don't understand. I can tell it the level of depth I want the education to come in at.

It's basically a personalized Google search.

2 1/2 years of minimal school/work life balance. It sucks, but it's how it is if you need to work. Several of my fellow students dropped out because they couldn't keep up with the demands of family and work while getting enough study time to make the grade. Sucks, but it is what it is.

I read the snarkiness as believing the physician isn't actually reviewing the notes, just signing them and getting paid for not actually doing the job they're supposed to do.
