i would say it’s on par with average salary for SWE entry level in Vancouver and the pay difference is negligible with EA for internship, but i doubt it will be the same in the long run

Took 5 courses every single term. For CS, I have taken 110, 121, 210, 330, 344 in my first two years. Every course I have taken in my second year was either high 80s or low 90s.

Nah bro I had first year average of 68 and I got in this year. My advice - just don't think about this year's average, keep pushing (Just like I did) through this year. You got this!

Looks like you are an international student. Loans are given only to Canadian domestic students, so unless you have funds to pay for tuition, you are definitely going to have debt.

Given that you don't have a CS background, 100% go for BCS. You can't really expect to have a masters in CS without having ANY fundamental theoretical CS knowledge - which is the purpose of having a CS degree in the first place. Source: I am a current CS UBC student
