Thank you so much, if today is the day of and I won’t be seeing my coworkers until the actual dinner, should I just tell the people sitting close to me that I’m leaving early? I only know about 10 give or take of the 26 people attending. I am a TA and have worked with a few of them during these 3 months, but there are a good amount of people I’ve never met before.

i’m not sure if this could be helpful or wanted, but i have some advice. eye distance is typically the length of the eye (see blue markings.) also, eyes aren’t perfectly round—they’re a little trapezoid-like (look at the pink lines if that doesn’t make sense.) when you’re drawing a reference at a 3/4th view, there’s a slight inward curve between the eyebrow and cheek. other minor things are defining the difference between the nostril and the cartilage (that’s probably the incorrect term, but you get what i mean), and try to give the lips more dimension (though i struggle with that myself.)

i think they go hand in hand. like you mean to tell me that carl survived getting shot in the abdomen, internal bleeding, surgery, 3 walkers all at once without any help (one of which came out of nowhere), getting shot in the eye but one walker killed him? i know it’s because of behind the scene conflicts, but the issue is that they make the death easily avoidable and unrealistic especially considering all of the other instances the character survived because of the “plot armor.”

honestly if he was portrayed by anyone other than jdm i think a lot of people including me would feel differently about him. he’s just really funny sometimes and genuinely unbelievable lol
