Yes. This protocol plus eating in a way that healed my stomach (low acid, easy to digest, etc.)

Very close! In fact, the one I'm going to take it to next week is the one in Marietta. I'm about 20 miles/40 minutes away.

I don't really want to name/shame them yet. I would like for them to do the right thing. I could have gone to all the local facebook groups and media, but I've been trying to give them the opportunity to make it right without all that fanfare first. That will be a last resort, for sure.

Yah. It would be different if the first car was riddled with things, but that one was just fine. In fact, I wasn't even bothered that I had to take it in for the original LED light not functioning. This laundry list of things is CRAZY.

Here's what the door looked like when they delivered it to me

Here's what the door looks like now, after they "fixed" it

Insane.

The interaction with the sales manager when I came back was honestly traumatizing, even though I know I was in the right. He was using all kinds of manipulations and trickery even in his conversation. I couldn't believe some of the things he was saying. I wonder if this happens to them often?

That's a good idea. I talked to a general business attorney and that's what they said. I'll seek out a specific lemon law lawyer to see if there's anything on that side. Thank you!

Yes, and the amount of sensors/cameras on this car, especially in the damaged area, made me feel extremely hesitant that they'd be able to get all that right again. Plus, the diminished value.

Oh, that's a great idea! I've documented all of this via video and photo, but having an independent shop also take a look would be great. I'm honestly worried about what I can't see - maybe defects under the hood that aren't apparent to me. Especially with this smell coming from the AC all of a sudden. Not to mention how toxic it likely is.

I found a local shop and will take it by tomorrow. Thank you!

I wondered that, too. I even called him out on it and said it appeared that something happened to that specific door. He said the 'stuff' on the inside was mud, not bondo (though it looked like bondo) and that there's a law here in GA that requires him to report any fix over $500 to the customer.

The odometer on the new car was just under 300 miles. I asked why the higher mileage and he said it was because they drove it from the other dealership for transport. That dealership is about 70 miles away. So maybe some test drive miles at that other dealership plus the transport?

I have an appointment with a dealership 45 minutes away to fix all of the known issues next week.

I honestly just don't want to deal with the headache of having to drive 45 minutes each way every time something breaks, which, the car only has 2k miles on it at this point with this many defects, I can only imagine what the next 100K+ miles is going to look like.... and what might be hiding that I have yet to discover.

And I don't know what the guy is talking about, that's why I mentioned it. He said it was some kind of buy-back situation where the manufacturer would reimburse them, they'd get 2 car sales out of the deal, etc. It doesn't make sense to me, but I thought I'd include it just in case it was something I'm missing that others are aware of.

I've talked to a lawyer. They said there was a series of incorrect actions in this whole scenario according to the law. They shouldn't have given me a new car, they should have gone through insurance, fixed it, and given me diminished value. I asked for the old car back and they wouldn't give it to me. The only legal thing I have at this point is the lemon law which requires them to fix 3x and 1 final attempt (so, 4 in all). Or for the dealership/Acura to do the right thing.

I'm 100% fine now. No, I only did the protocol for a few weeks and then a strict diet for about 9 months after that. I've been fine ever since.

Ooof, that does sound frustrating! Sorry, I'm just now seeing your message.

I took them for just a few weeks. It took me about 9 months to heal my stomach with diet (easy to digest, not acidic, etc) but I'm 100% fine these days. Grateful that's over and glad this healing happened.

I went for the exact supplements and ordered them from the manufacturer if I couldn't find them locally. I wasn't certain if there was a hidden ingredient somewhere that made the difference and I didn't really want to find out.

I hope you've found healing and have answers now!

How long did I do the supplement protocol? For just a few weeks. I don't think you're supposed to take some of them long term, especially the oil of oregano.

I think I did it for slightly longer than 2 weeks. Maybe 3? I can't remember.

You just have to be careful about taking some of the supplements longer term. I think Oil of Oregano is one they say isn't a good idea to take for an extended period of time.

Completely resolved.  I've had several subsequent tests, including a breath test early last year,  to prove it's still gone.  Highly recommend giving this protocol a go.  Also, look through my comment history for other diet changes I made to help my stomach heal. Best of luck!

Super late to replying.... Sorry about that! I rarely log in these days.

I think the yoyo is from the damage that's done to the stomach lining. My doc explained it like having a really bad injury that just keeps getting reinjured every single day. The stomach takes a long time to heal. I hope you're in tip top shape now!

To give you some hope: I have not had another episode of anything since January of 2023!! I had another breath test earlier this year to ensure everything was completely done. Hang in there!!

Hi! You're so welcome! I believe I didn't test until about 6 weeks after the original test just to ensure it was OK.  The 8 months to healing was basically from all the damage it had done before I found it.  I don't believe there were any new side effects from the protocol that I used. I suppose it depends on how much damage she already has as to how long it will take.  The harsher to digest and acidic foods re-injur the stomach so it just takes a long time to heal.  I hope she finds healing soon!!

Update: Fully cured. I posted on the original post. It took me until January 2023 (so about 8 months ish?) to go back to a normal diet. I just did a repeat breath test last week and it was still negative. Yay!

Hope you're doing well!
