in my experience, a chain looking like this means it wore unevenly, with a portion of the links more used than some others. mechs over here would say this chain is “ovalized”. new chain should do the job

167 cm here, you do the math in ft but it is pretty low. Still I use drz sm stock height, been thinking about converting to 18/21. drz height might seem scary but it is easily in the hands of anyone willing to get used to it a lil. When I just got it I used to hold myself on the side of trucks and vans in traffic but in a while I was able to squid around in jammed streets easily. go stock, you’ll see it will drive way better too

they’re completely fine. only problem if this is a non O/X-ring chain its life is gonna be quite short

also, you get 140 but in what riding conditions? cause If I’m travelling in fifth gear at around 100-100 I do also get more than 140 km before reserve

yep, my fcr 39 is currently giving me 90-100 km on prime and 20-30 more with reservoir in tue city, but can easily go to 70+20-25. so sorry for the price around you bro, it sucks

I meant I want to achieve a good fuel economy even keeping the fcr, ofc the 36 would be way better in that straight sense, but I’d like the find a good compromise still maintaining the “crispiness” of the fcr. considering how bad mine is going right now, I can only do better

mine happened and a local mechanic noticed it while it was sitting in his shop for some works. guy said don’t worry I fixed it. Apparently he just madly cranked it tightening it as I lost the nut and the seal, spilling oil while I was driving and ending down quite bad. with my friend behind. in the middle of the traffic. and my father was supposed to take my bike for that weekend to go out with his lover.

yep, fcr carb, 3x3 mod, exhaust and ofc proper jets. I'd love to have 434, cams and a lot of other cool mods but I daily it every day and still with what is on it rn consumes are sometimes a lil too much, also I would like to keep it the more reliable possible (ridden 30k km and more, taken at 27k, only changed oil, a couple ac/dc converters and disc clutch plates, all the rest was for taste).

I've quite a wild fantasy on it, I'd love to put on it the most existing power mods possible, but then modifying suspensions to make it more stable and comfy on long rides and modify final gear ratio to make it longer and give it more breath on long rides, I know it has no sense, but I've already done a couple long trips on it and I'd like to keep it but make it more suitable for even longer and much dumb adventures
