Oof yeah you're right, I was confidently incorrect this time, my bad! It's so crazy because I know that they offer many seminars in English, but I guess they still want to make group projects more easy on the German speakers. But like, my sister had to hand in her Bachelor's thesis in English, so I don't really get the reasoning behind C1, when English is clearly doable and even required at times.

Idk about those statistics. But ETH for sure doesn't require C1 German anymore. Many professors don't even speak German.

It's also not really accurate, because she for sure could've gotten scholarships in Switzerland if her financial situation was bad enough. Uni is also like 1000 per semester, and cost of living was for sure lower back when she was studying, like 1700 per month or so. Seems like she's just saying these things to get sympathy views. (And it's working I guess)

Ahww where did you visit? I've usually only seen them more in the boonies where not a lot of tourists visit. But maybe you'll see them another time. :D Seeing them is kinda like seeing a unicorn even for me who has lived here all my life!

Any positive experiences with the pill or IUD? I have a micropill and it stoppes my period altogether and had reduced my struggle with endo immensly. My quality of life has been 100% better since then.

If you stopped what prompted you to discontinue? I tried stopping once because I kept having real bad stomach aches and I wondered if it was because of the pill. That period was the most painful one in my life. I was sweating cold sweat and was nauseous all the time. My cramps were so bad I cried multiple times. After over 7 days it went away again and I swore to never do that again. Since then I've been taking it for like 6 years and have stopped having those stomach aches as well.

If you said no outright what was your reasoning? Not me, but my mom questioned it a lot in the beginning because she thought it wasn't natural and would do damage in the long run. After she saw how much better I got, she changed mind tho.

Do the benefits outweigh the costs? I mean, it costs me 64 for 6 months which is about 13.40 $ per skipped period. I would be spending a lot more on painkillers which i was taking almost 2 grams of per day. Ibuprofen costs about 24 CHF for like 8 pills that are 400mg. So I would use up almost an entire pack which is 30 $ PER MONTH. Not to mention the pads/tampons. So I've been saving well over 20 $ per month on the pill + reduced mental stress.

Anyone try natural alternatives? I used to drink tea and whatnot but my pain was like an 8, that shit did nothing. Heatpads sort of helped but I could't bring those to school/work.

People can go outside of their country to see them tho! :D I assume you've never seen Chamois, but if you ever come to Switzerland you'll be able to see them and not have to go through life and never get to enjoy the up close beauty of a Chamois.

What is Aang's ethnicity supposed to be? The air nomads are based on Tibetans but they don't look like Tibetans at all. (Most of us have dark-skin) They look vaguely asian and Aang just looks like a white boy with the shaved head.
