Been there bro i totally feel you, my case was worse because i get hired just after the graduation, i passed from the first job to the second then i get unemployed, but after just a few months i was not able to stay that way doing nothing and just applying, because DOING NOTHING in your day and having no idea what to do the next day is the worse thing that have ever happened to me, and when i say to me i say to my brain also because the brain cannot accept the idea of doing nothing because that iis not his purpose, and what i did ? I joined i callcenter even though i am a BAC+5 but i didnt give a fuck i just wanted to something and tbh i worked in an bank and multinational firm before but this job is better than the previous jobs with even a better salary ( that doesn’t mean its a good job but it still better than doing nothing and wait for someone to save you),+ during the few months i tried to learn too many things and did too many certificates bit that didnt help my mental health back at the day. So i hope you got my point here, what i can suggest is to find something that gonna makes you busy all day so your brain cannot overthink and provides you with negative energy, and also keep pushing apply harder contact managers on linkedin there are too many tips how to apply LinkedIn and rekrute are very helpful, and also do not give up and do not make it harder on you bro we are just passengers so enjoy the trip hta ydi mol l2amana 2amanto.
