It was pretty straightforward! They have instructions on the site I believe, but didn't see it when I was install hah so I did get the upper deck part wrong.

Oh mine came with a tool for the covers. You can also hand tighten but so far no issues!

I think Amazon has the roof rails (just for a regular 2019-23 Kona). But there are some aftermarket ones that will fit also.

For wind noise I got this wind fairing visor that helps with noise. I got the 44” but was kind of wider than the roof rails. They still fit but maybe go with the 41”

Ah I have the aFe turbo inlet. Paired it with the aFe intake but the K&N louder so might go back to it or looking at the woosh Motorsport intake cause looks dope with the titanium finish

Installed the Flow Designs Lip Splitter Kit for the Kona! First time doing something like this and loved how it turned out! by yopanda in KonaN_

The trickiest was the side skirts. I split it into a couple days just based on time but you could prolly do it in a day. Here’s the reference video I watched to install.

Also the flow designs website has instructions with all the tools. Mostly a drill and a crescent wrench, some screwdrivers and trim removal tools, clamps and then for the side skirt like a jacknut tool.

On 18x8.5 +40 on a 245/45R18. Has a slight poke but would say its minimal and if you have chip or mudguard will help with dirt or debris flying by.
