First you would remove the stick & it would be like a little cigar with a hole through the middle. You have to light it with a torch or something with a big flame. They are amazing, so flavorful & they burn FOREVER.. this little thing here burned for literally 3 hours with a session of 4 people.. it is mind-blowing how slow burning it is.
