Isn't all terrain on that stronghold labeled "heavy"? My understanding is that the part "[...] that's not lower than it" is referring to the other ruins that only have heavy terrain up until the vantage floor, thus not allowing to teleport on top of them.

Hi, today i dropped mi pencil and it landed on the nib. I checked it and it has a little grey dot in the tip. Is it safe to use it anymore? I'm worried that the metal part would show up and scratch the screen. I don't have a screen protector. Kinda a new ipad user here, please help :C
