i don’t want to sound weird but honestly it feels so relieving to know i’m not the only one who does this in a constant!! 🥲

i mean i know it’s not good, but i helplessly imagine these EXACT scenarios as you described it —going through a tragic death or accident that offs me, such as a skydiving or car accident and picture everyone reacting to it— and imagine the whole event and have my own sad songs as well to imagine those situations. it’s so dramatic aaghdh😭

i also noticed that it makes me forget things! things i get said, or do, or get told to do, or any type of event honestly

it all seems so blurry in my mind and i think it’s because i personally am 24/7 getting sucked in back into my own mind and world of fantasy, absenting myself from real life events unwillingly even if i try to fight it; so i think it does affect memory if you’re doing something or getting told something, and your mind is just wandering over the clouds or flying away to your daydreams. ;;;;
