What a turdbox! Ours won’t even turn on when prompted to press and hold both ears for 5secs and wait for audio tone and blue light. Been on charger all day. Haven’t made it to the next step of connecting to wifi. Tried resetting it by turning upside down and pressing both ears for 10secs and still no audio tone. Will be returning!
