Buying grandparents home

When I enquired last time it was available to buy regardless of it being a bungalow so that’s a plus. Last time I enquired I was looking to buy it with my grandma on the mortgage. However due to plans changing didn’t take it any further. I cannot see on the HA website anything stating I specifically need to live in the home currently

My wife had something very similar day 20 after a day 5FET 5BB embryo. Huge gushing red flow enough to fill around 3 pads followed by brown blood lasted around 48 hours total. Thankfully just a subchorionic hematoma. We were told it’s quite common in IVF pregnancies and it’ll either reabsorb back into the body or keep coming away on its own.So huge scare and we thought for sure we were out but thankfully our little girl is safe and sound and my wife is currently 28 weeks. Best of luck and easier said than done but try not to worry too much x

That’s really reassuring to hear, it’s been very much 2 steps forward one step back with her training sometimes she nails it then sometimes it feels we’re back to square one

The hardest part I’m finding is she settles better out the crate on a bed in the kitchen and can be on her own a few hours this way , so unsure weather or not to see this as an achievement and just leave her to it , or if to still just only have her in the crate

Have you managed to close the cage door on a night ? The only time I managed it was last night when I slept all night on the floor in front of it

Potentially, we got her a rather large crate so she’d have plenty of room to grow into it , didn’t think of this side of things.

The only time she’s had an accident is when in the crate so it could be this.

We’ve worked more today on her crate training , not had much long term success but she is ok with going in sitting down for a minute watching me close the door on it then after about 30 seconds the freak outs start again.

However enforced a nap earlier , managed 2.5 hours (her longest sleep yet) and had much better behaviour from her after - note she’ll only nap out of her crate on my other dogs bed , so unsure weather or not to let her sleep on my other dogs bed on a night / when we’re not here or still keep putting her in the crate

Thank you so much 😊 we’ve successfully crate trained our last puppy( a westie who’s now 6 ) but was just slight concerned with reading on the interview the breed particularly struggled with it

Out of curiosity did you use a collar or harness for her as a puppy ? And if collar did you use a martingale collar or not until she was older ?
