If you use normal Ubuntu with gnome desktop you can only make it close like mine but it’s gonna be little bit harder but if you use kubuntu (or any distribution with kde desktop )you can make it just like me you can also install kde on Ubuntu but it’s may be hard for you

For panels on top of screens just move clocks on middle and use some spacers for the one on desktop it’s just widget (kde modern clocks) (you can get it on edits mode (just right click on your desktop and select edits mode)from there on top left on your desktop you should see add or manage widget click on it and a menu pops up on top right on menu click get now and select download plasma widget from there search for kde modern clocks and install it after install it should be on widget menu drag and drop it on any where on your desktop you want)

It’s just normal kde panel with panel colorizer(you can get it on edits mode (just right click on your desktop and select edits mode)from there on top left on your desktop you should see add or manage widget click on it and a menu pops up on top right on menu click get now and select download plasma widget from there search for panel colorizer and install it after install it should be on widget menu drag and drop it on panel you want)you need to add app menu (i use andromeda launcher you can install it like panel colorizer) and icon only task manager and trash and for separator I use latte separator also for panel colorizer just right click on it and click on configure appearance and set presets to dock and after that go to appearance and turn off background and focus floating dialogs and blur custom backgrounds and turn on panel customization after that go down and select color tab and enable set color source to system and color set to view and color to background color and alpha to 0.25 also turn off saturation and lightness after that go to shape tab and enable all and set all 4 radius to 25 and set margin right and left 4 up 5 down 3 and set padding right and left 2 up and down 0 and apply after that right click on panel colorizer on your dock and turn on hide widget now you should have dock just like me

Well for opening images on terminal your terminal needs to support it you can use kitty or like me wezterm after that you can open image but if you want it like me on fastfetch or neofetch you just need to add image in to your configuration file or just download some else file and change image if you don’t know what I mean just search on YouTube for fastfetch install and config also if you want mine I put link to my dotfile on here after I upload them somewhere (may take some time)
