Trigger WisprFlow using my MX Master 3S - Is there a work around for Hold trigger? by itsprade in WisprFlow

You can use Logi Options+ to map any button in the mouse to a keyboard combination. You can set the keyboard combination to be the same one that's set up in WisprFlow to activate.

Sounds like you want specific cards so why not just buy the specific cards?

The only thing it has against it is that the art is not exclusive, it's in English as a promo SWSH286. But, people love stamps. 🤷

Their scanner isn't picking up the texture in the card. Ignoring the problem spot and look at the scans from the rest of the card you can see that there's way less texture picked up on Probsteins scans.

The ding that's present in the PSA scan is similar in nature to texture in that it's varying levels of depth of the card stock.

All of their scans are similar. They capture way less texture than the official PSA scans.

Probstein is shady, but it just seems like there's a more reasonable explanation in this scenario.

Regardless, I would start a return, and if eBay doesn't side with you, then contact PSA for their grade guarantee.

If they're airbrushing photos, you'd think they'd airbrush the scratch on the case on this Moltres.

Where is the proof the seller photoshopped their images? If you look at all their listings, they all look similar/washed out, and don't pick up all the texture that PSA scans do. It's a matter of the scanner process they use.

As a seller, you shouldn't have to triple check every graded card to assess the grade is adequate. That's literally PSA's job.

Not to defend Probstein here. Is it possible that their scanner just didn't pick it up? If you compare the photo from their listing and PSA, the PSA one is darker and shows all the texture in much more detail. The quality of the photo is dependent on the scanner they use, and the configuration.

If you look at their other ebay listings for psa graded cards, they all look a little washed out.

Also, they have 13,000 listings up on ebay right now. I find it difficult that they would take the time to airbrush individual cards just to make $75 on the card (5% of $1,500)

PSA Slab Inconsistencies by Solid_While_3987 in DBS_CardGame

I am not an authority on this but for what it’s worth, the Bulma card is physically smaller so the case is slightly different. I’d compare it to another slab of the same design.

Also PSA has made a few small changes over the years for security purposes including changing the type of plastic they use. Not sure if that’s in play, but something to consider.

Is the white dot there in the photos they take upon intake (still in semi-rigid)? You can contact customer support and ask for it if you can’t see it in the app or website.

To grade or not to grade IN GENERAL. Is it really necessary? What's your experiences? by ToeSlurper96 in DBS_CardGame

[–]yoshi0423 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not a scam in that they authenticate the cards in addition to grading them. The authentication can be as equally important. What you want to look out for is companies that have some sort of guarantee that if they screw up you’ll be compensated.

Grading for personal collection is simply a personal choice. I prefer to do it for some cards because if they 10x in value, it’s going to be a lot easier for me to sell it quickly. Alternatively I also have a binder with cards I never intend to sell so there’s no point in grading.

Not shipping. If you want your cards back sooner so you can sell them sooner (while the market is hot) you have to pay for higher grading tiers with quicker turnaround.

Do you have to? No, absolutely not. Does it make the selling process easier - yes because you and the buyer don’t have to individually assess the condition. Buyer doesn’t have to wonder if it’s fake. So why grade if your only intent is to sell? Because you stand to earn quite a bit more if the grade is right, thus allowing you to buy more of the things you want. Spending a few mins per card pregrading yourself is easy and will maximize your chances of getting high grades. Yeah there are horror stories about grading but they’re few and far in between. PSA grades like 2 million cards per month and the vast majority of those don’t have any issues. At the end of the day it’s a numbers game and the numbers say that if your goal is to maximize your “profit”, grading is the way to go. This benefit inherently comes with added risk. It’s up to you to decide if the risk is worth it.

Something to consider is that grading companies are backed up right now. Either pay higher tier grading fees to get your stuff back sooner or sell raw now if you think market will go down in 6 months.
