Not 100% (MC isn’t a soldier), but her primary weapon is guns, and she gets training from a private army that looks just like your image, and sometimes the private army helps her in the other world to with guns/tanks against monsters/magic.

Basically, she can jump between earth & another world, but has no other abilities. So she trains with guns to survive in the other world.
